Perform Information Security procedures for Saudi
Provide support to Cape users regarding Active Directory Services, E-Mail systems, Networks, Security and IP Telephony systems.

•Managing CISCO Unified Communications Solution including:
-Planning and implanting CISCO IP Phones for all EDC branches and Rigs to replace ASTRA sets.
-Monitoring publisher and subscriber servers’ performance.
-Monitoring and troubleshooting voice gateways and integration with Ericson PBX.

-Managing stack configurations and connectivity for the edge switches with the two cores and any new designs or upgrades.
