Attending the meeting with the Accountability Sate Authority representative and contribute in preparing letters needed to close all the findings.
Preparing the Utility Matrix for the Building concept design phase as a raw data for design phase .
Participate in preparing the Building to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.
Working in the Engineering Department and reporting to the Technical Assistant Manager as Production Maintenance Engineer having the following responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities associated with the GMP manufacturing areas.
Oversee & supervise a team of highly trained technical staff maintaining the Value Streams in the Site.
Read, understand and follow GMP's Working Directions, Standard Operating Procedures and Safety procedures.
Communicate to management/supervisor status of manufacturing equipment and facility.
Responsible of Workshop for manufacturing some machines & utilities spare parts & change parts.
Organize & perform the scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of the machines.
Prepare the needed Spare Part List for machines, contact supplier for Performa and start the purchase cycle.
Preparing Surplus Machine for starting production.
Training the operators on operating, adjusting and change over of the machines.
Training technicians on maintenance procedures and techniques of the machines.
Liaise between facilities engineering, management, equipment vendors and outside contractors to ensure that all GMP requirements are implemented in direct relation to modifications and equipment upgrades necessary to meet Pharmaceutical Development milestones
Develop and implement engineering changes to facilities and equipment/processes for possible patent rights to support Pharmaceutical Development.
Perform Validation Studies (IQ, OQ and PQ) on equipment and facilities, calibration and validation of Steam Sterilizer and Autoclave.
Testing and approval of the New Packaging Materials supplier (PVC, PVDC, Leaflets, cartons, ……… Etc)
Prepare documents and Sops according to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirements.
Member and effective participant in Six Sigma Projects in the Factory concerning reducing production coast, increase production capacity and increase machine efficiency.

I worked as an Electrical Specification Designer Engineer having the following
responsibilities:
· Designing of the Low, Medium and High Voltage cables up to 66 kV according to the latest versions of the International standards: (IEC, BS, ASTM…etc).
· Worked as a Technical Support for customers and provide them with specifications and technical data for the cables.
· Responsible for preparations of technical offer, which contains all the cable specifications, which are used in the tenders.
· Responsible for preparation of the technical data sheet, which contains all the dimensions and weights of all phases of manufacturing the cable according to the international standards.
· Participated in Improving & Developing of the power and control cables through the reduction in the materials.
· Had the main role in supervision on a big exporting to Spain where I supervised the manufacturing & follow up the implementation of the customer demands and specifications through the manufacturing process.
Worked as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer having the following responsibilities:
· Perform the scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical control panels of the rides.
· Following up the operation of the low and medium voltage networks.
· Following up the operation of the ATS circuits for two emergency generators.
· Supervision on the performance of a group of technicians and workers.
· Made some auto calculating programs for electrical consumption of the whole Park.
