- Good experience in management VPN's and internet leased line.
- Good experience in Antivirus systems beside Firewall systems operation and support.
- Good experience in Backup systems programs for schedule saving all data in company.
- Good experience in voice Recording systems (Report, operation and support).
- Good experience in support Accounts program (Bimsi) for brokerage companies.
- Good experience in the preparation, operation and support of (Electronic trading screens) Misti, Mobasher and al-Moasher.
- Handle user’s complaints and problems and provide unlimited solutions to their needs and requirements.
Technical Support and COMPUTER Skills :
(Network, Software, Hardware, Maintenance)
More than three Years’ experience in computers and information technology field.
- Excellent experience in building computers and servers laptops
(Installation / Maintenance / Troubleshooting).
- Excellent experience in networks infrastructure
(Installation / Configuration / maintenance / Troubleshooting) router and switches.
- Excellent experience of all MS-Windows operating systems (Windows Servers all versions and windows clients all versions)
(Installation / Configuration / maintenance / Troubleshooting).
- Experience on Linux operating systems (installation & troubleshooting)
- Good experience in Linux servers desktop operating systems (Installation / maintenance / trouble shooting) for the Linux Servers, Linux POS, Desktops, and printers.
- Good knowledge of MySQL & scripting.
- Excellent experience of MS-Office in version 2003/2007 /2010/2012 Applications,
and ability to use most of the available old and new applications.
- Excellent experience in use Outlook and configure it, Troubleshooting and resolve Problem.
- Smart Internet Surfing and searching and ability to use most of the available old or new applications browsers, & most of the available Web Internet tools.
- First line of troubleshooting & maintenance.
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for assistance.
- Report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems.
- Identify and research and resolve technical problems.
