At Blue Lagoon I am the Chef and Restaurant Manager. My duties here included cooking, ordering new stock, serving the public. I was also in charge of the health and safety aspects of the Blue Lagoon such as temperature control and first aid.

I was also in charge of the health and safety aspects of the Blue Lagoon such as temperature control and first aid. In addition to this I was responsible cash handling, duty rotas and any staff complaints. At blue Lagoon as most of the shifts I do are at night time or on the weekends, because of this I also have to deal with challenging customers due to excessive alcohol intake. During the time I have worked in the Blue Lagoon and other various restaurants I have received letters from Strathclyde Police Service showing their appreciation and thanking me for my honesty for handing in objects and personal belongings of other people.

At Dino's Restaurant I was the head waiter. My duties included taking orders from customers, answering the phone, cash handling and staff rotas.
(2002-2004) Stockholm Bar and Pizza Rae Douglas. I worked in a Bar and a Takeaway in Sweden for 2 years.

I attended both High School and College in Syria. Where I received qualifications in Arabic, English, Geography, History and Maths. At college I studied Business Management where I received all necessary qualifications to pass the course.

SPARE TIME ACTIVITIES In my spare time I enjoy spending time going long drives, long walks, seeing friends, playing football, writing music and films, singing and going out on my bike.
