- Develop the Human Resources department strategy, business plan and budget in order to meet the company's Objectives.
- Lead and Liaise with other department heads in order to facilitate implementation of new HR initiatives across the Company.
- Develop the Human Resources department policies and procedures to ensure efficient operational practices and enhance control standards within the department.
Communicate and monitor the Corporate Human Resources department policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to ensure the compliance of all departments and branches across the company.
- Review the organizational structure periodically to ensure that organizational structures are designed in line with the corporate strategic intent and direction.
- Oversee the development of Recruitment activities, assumes the recruitment process for senior executives and assures the availability of key staff and resources within the organization in order to ensure quality of employees.
- Oversee Training programs to ensure that the right program is provided to the right employees with the right outcome.
- Manage the performance management activities for the employees including performance planning, monitoring, end of year performance assessment and performance development in order to take necessary actions.
- Administrating all work related to employees contracts, pay and benefits, insurance, employee order requests; leave monitoring, termination pay computation, personnel performance and correspondence.
- Administrating all work related to Preparing the payroll for the employees.
- HR Planning, Job analysis, Job description , job evaluation process and job appraisal . administrating all work related to Recruit, receive and review resumes, interview and recommended candidates for positions within.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Human Resources department employees to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of work flow according to company's requirements.
