Responsible of System Center 2012 Configuration Manager infrastructure (Software Update Point to control all Critical and Security Updates for Windows machines - Application Catalog - Distribution and Management Points - Reporting - Endpoint Protection management - Compliance).
Administering and Optimizing Active Directory and DNS Infrastructure and Hierarchy for two domains (Parent and Child).
Responsible of Permissions delegation in Active Directory to team members, and Group Policy distribution and deployment.
Controlling Users Experience through Configuration Baselines in SCCM and AD Group Policies.
Handling System Center 2012 Service Manager administration as Incident Management and Helpdesk System and insure its compliance with business needs.
• Providing first line contact with customers by phone and E-Mail and route the requests - if needed - to other teams.
• Insures the availability and reliability of servers in the data center.
• Take regular backups of main servers and databases.
• Receive and Install new hardware, and prepare the new servers for production use.
• Handling IBM Tivoli Maximo Asset Management Implementation and Administration (Service and asset management)
• Administering internal active directory domain, and applying internal security policies that complies with ISO standards.
• Managing Internal servers and workstations by System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
• Managing and monitoring Infrastructure servers (DCs - DNS - Cluster service - SQL servers - Brainstorm system servers)
• Supporting and troubleshooting users’ workstations (Windows - apple MAC)
• Managing Cisco router and ASA firewall and controlling Internet access
• Maintain and perform Backup Strategy (databases - servers - workstations)
• Monitor Reuters and AFP servers and insure its high availability
• Contact hardware vendors and partners (REUTERS - AFP) as needed for updates and support
• Supporting management office servers and workstations (separate location)
• Managing hardware and software network infrastructure including IBM servers (domain controller and file server and ISA server)
• Administering Printers and plotter.
• Supporting and troubleshooting users’ problems (XP and Vista clients) and making hardware upgrades as needed.
• Performing maintenance tasks and regular backups of projects’ data, managing the company’s FTP site, monitoring Internet access policy and Wireless network.
