Being a Business Unit Manager, i am leading a team of 115 medical reps, 34 area managers and 2 Product Managers in my supervision across Pakistan.
•Total portfolio worth around Rs 430 million which includes Antibiotics (Cefuroxime) Zecef, (Ciprofloxacin) Quinoflox, (Linezolid) Zolrest and Antiulcerant (Esomperazole) Somezol
•Driving proactively Sales team to meet set targets
•To work in close collaboration with Product Manager for Marketing campaign
•To monitor the execution of marketing strategies and timely delivery of promotional tools to the field force
•Hiring and on job coaching to Field Force
•Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance

• Lead a team of 80 Medical representatives, 4 Zonal Sales Manager, 30 Area Sales Manager and a Product Manager on National level
• Total portfolio worth around Rs 188 million which includes Antibiotics (Cefuroxime) Zecef, (Ciprofloxacin) Quinoflox and Antiulcerant (Esomperazole) Somezol.
• Developing budgets, planning marketing strategies and tactics

• Looked after portfolio worth around Rs 100 million which includes Probiotic, antibiotic, and antiulcerant. “Enflor” is a research product from Biocodex France.
• Transferred in Hinovex team of Hilton Pharma and assigned for Neogab, Alp, Flux and Hitop which worth around 250 mio. My responsibilities include
