Lead in the development and implementation of a comprehensive and robust Asset/Function performance management framework to facilitate the achievement of business and operational objectives. Regular reviews on asset performance, identifies performance shortfalls and triggers remedial action in coordination with stakeholders. Re-align efforts to assure optimal business objectives and targets are met. Drives process enhancement/improvement program to improve overall business performance. Identify business improvement opportunities on continuous basis through close coordination with stakeholders.
Establish an appropriate quality management framework including critical business processes identified in value chain by analyzing, evaluating the current practices with senior technical staff in alignment with shareholders best practice. Support maintaining the standards for the execution of all business processes through regular quality audits and trained the staff on standards requirements. Also develops, manages, administers and promotes ADCO’s Quality Improvement and Performance Enhancement Programme in the organization.
Assist the Quality Head in the Service and Quality strategy. Responsible to implement the different Service and Quality initiatives started in the organization. Facilitate the Process Improvement efforts in the Bank. The Project Manager is the key position in the controlling and monitoring improvements across the Bank. Lead in the development, measure, monitor, analyze and present the key Quality measurements in different areas and recommend corrective and preventive actions to the management. He/She will also be responsible to develop and implement the S&Q communication strategy within and outside the bank. He will also work on the different training and facilitation roles assigned
Involve with the clients in developing, implementing and improving their management system required for certification. Facilitate quality and change management processes by identifying needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals and financial benefits. Develop the formal Quality Assurance System for organizational processes, products & services. Provide professional training to the clients' staff and senior management on management standards. Pre-certification & certification audit of management system according to the desired certification.
