C) Review and analyze proposed construction schedules.
D) Interact with the subcontractors in a way to ensure control over them, supervise their work quality.
E) Implement and ansure communication process my subordinates is well effective.
F) Implemet and oversee the safety, Health and security at site.
G) hold regular Weekly meetings with the construction team.
H)Material ordering on time to keep the work in progress and avoid delay.
I) Compare the planned resources with actual on site.

The main activities and responsabilities was:
1) Operational setting up of Bruesa´s branch.
2) Dealing with the local authorities and client´s representatives.
3)Negotiation with local and foreign subcontractors and suppliers.
4) Negotiation with tha client "ODAC" and client consultants "BDB, Hill international and NCB" regarding technical and economical matters.
5) Campsite design and erection for 600 workers.
6) Preparing comparativereports, subcontractors selection.
7) I was in Charge of all the written comunication in Arabic language being our company and the country´s authorities.
8) coordination between the local authorities such as the urban department, utility companies and Bruesa´s design team.
9) Other tasks assigned by the project director.

3)New headquarter and logistic center for "Bronces Gifer" company.(Ribarroja-Valencia-Spain).
4) Other smaller projects, such as retaining walls, small building housing irrigation pumbs, stores, warehouses, etc.
The main activities and responsabilities:
A) Ensure that the projects close-up and handover to the client at completion of the project.
B) Ensure projects are deliverd on expected quality, on budget and on time.
C) Constantly looking for methods and ways to improve the site operation and speed up the progress.
D) Carry out all the preparation for the execution, as mobile cranes, special transport, etc.
E) Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
