2) Earth moving at the project (Station potable water treatment and water supply to Djibloho city).
The main activities and responsabilities:
A) Manage the construction team and ensure they fulfill their roles to meet objectives en terms of quality, time and cost.
B) Review the baseline programme and establish time and cost control requirments.
C) Review and analyze proposed construction schedules.
D) Interact with the subcontractors in a way to ensure control over them, supervise their work quality.
E) Implement and ansure communication process my subordinates is well effective.
F) Implemet and oversee the safety, Health and security at site.
G) hold regular Weekly meetings with the construction team.
H)Material ordering on time to keep the work in progress and avoid delay.
I) Compare the planned resources with actual on site.
J) Report directly to the project director.
Construction Project Manager at the project "SEVENTH OF APRIL UNIVERSITY", Zuarah-Libia. Budget 144.366.900, 00 Euros.
The main activities and responsabilities was:
1) Operational setting up of Bruesa´s branch.
2) Dealing with the local authorities and client´s representatives.
3)Negotiation with local and foreign subcontractors and suppliers.
4) Negotiation with tha client "ODAC" and client consultants "BDB, Hill international and NCB" regarding technical and economical matters.
5) Campsite design and erection for 600 workers.
6) Preparing comparativereports, subcontractors selection.
7) I was in Charge of all the written comunication in Arabic language being our company and the country´s authorities.
8) coordination between the local authorities such as the urban department, utility companies and Bruesa´s design team.
9) Other tasks assigned by the project director.

1) The new production headquarter of the "ZUMEX" company. (Valencia-Spain).
2)The project "Loading docks extending fruit market of Mercavalencia phase V, VI". (Valencia-Spain).
3)Dozens of industrials buildings.(Valencia-Spain).

D) Supervise and observe the site Engineers and foremen and make sure tahe works are as per the approved shop drawing.

Fainco is a company dedicated to the manufacture of precast concrete and assembly. The major projects were:
1) Project of extending spectators bleachers of "Chiste´s Circuit). (Cheste-Valencia-Spain)
2) The new logistic center for "Reig Martí"company.(Albaida-Valencia-Spain).
3)New headquarter and logistic center for "Bronces Gifer" company.(Ribarroja-Valencia-Spain).
4) Other smaller projects, such as retaining walls, small building housing irrigation pumbs, stores, warehouses, etc.
The main activities and responsabilities:
A) Ensure that the projects close-up and handover to the client at completion of the project.
B) Ensure projects are deliverd on expected quality, on budget and on time.
C) Constantly looking for methods and ways to improve the site operation and speed up the progress.
D) Carry out all the preparation for the execution, as mobile cranes, special transport, etc.
E) Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
F) Implement and oversee the safety at site.
