Job Profile:
As Project Manager, working in a big organization where all works are being executed internally (by BOND’s in house teams). Actually BOND have all the divisions which are required for the interior fit out works including the Civil, Joinery, MEP, Glass, Metal, Painting, Solid surface, upholstery, Signage, Design, Planning & trading divisions. This will require a high skilled project manager who will be responsible to lead all involved teams from A - Z in order to achieve the project’s goals as well as to meet the client’s expectation. The role of project manager is covering different areas of project management, including planning, controlling, evaluating, estimating, coordinating, communicating, & project close out with defined Key Performance Parameters-
• Review the project documents, identify scope of works for each involved team, raise the concern(s) and propose sufficient solutions.
• Build up the ‘Master schedule of works’, define the project’s milestones, stages, procurement schedule, submission & approval periods.
• Prepare / manage the histogram, delivery schedules, supplier & specialized subcontractors involvement
• Meet client, consultant, authorities & supplier as needed to run the project smoothly, discuss the project progress, concern(s) & propose proper solution
• Lead involved teams to work in a coordinated plan, defined role & clear communication channels to ensure correct information to the right person on time.
• Ensure the proper project’s documentation, to reserve the rights to claim additional time / cost when work variations are being on place, prepare EOT as needed.
• Manage the project’s resources for the best productivity rates, work to build up the project team with effective members, teach / train the staff and believe in the staff capability & their distribution on project’s goal.

Contributions:
• 05 projects have been assigned to me during this short employment period, these projects are:
Project-1: Ali Al Aidarous - International Practice legal office extension @ Al Garhoud - Dubai.
Project-2: Sacoor kids @ Mirdiff City Centre. It is a new brand for ‘Zorion Trading’ - specialized kids retail store.
Project-3: Office extension for BOND interiors in Sharjah for Design & Trading divisions (in house project)
Project-4: Diwan Al Muhanna Restaurant & Sweet. It is G+M project with kitchen & show room space.
Project-5: ELAPCO offices in EMAAR Blvd Plaza T1 - Unit 2401. Prestigious CEO office.
