• Position : Design Coordinator, Technical Office
Project: Riyadh Tower (334 m Height, 72 Floors) .
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Studying and analyzing the tender documents (including the scope of work, specifications, value engineering, bill of quantities, etc.)
• Coordinating with other Senior Design Engineers of other disciplines (Structural, E/M ….) & with other Departments (Material, Skin & aluminum, external, etc.)
• Coordinating with the designer & site tech. office.
• Review & follow up all Design issues (SD, DD, IFC, SHD)
• Attending all technical meetings (Internal meetings, meetings with the designer, & with the consultant, etc.)
• Providing technical support for site work.
• Following up the site progress and their tech. pending issues.
• Checking material which prepared by the Design Engineer and Coordinate with Procurement Dept.
• Following up on the material submittal approval with the consultant.
• Following up the project handing over issues.
• Leading the team and distributing the tasks.
b- From December 2010 to April 2014.
• Position : Senior .Arch. Engineer, Technical Office
Project: MOI- Correction Facilities.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Reviewing and supervising the final design until approval.
• Preparing shop drawings and following up until approval.
• Providing technical support for site work.
• Surveying quantities and preparing BOQs.
• Preparing reports about the site progress.
2- Worked with Housing foundation (Ministry of housing) -Syria.
From 2008 to 2010
Position: Supervising Engineer
Project: Housing project consisting of 52 Blocks.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications.
• Checking and approving rebar steel in columns, beams & slabs before casting concrete.
• Checking, reviewing and approving dimensions, locations and verticality of structural elements.
• Supervising the concrete casting process.
• Insuring accuracy of dimensions of all building elements.
• Supervising finishing works.
• Calculating executed quantities.
• Preparing periodic reports regarding the status of construction to the concerned engineer.
• Position: Design Engineer.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Planning of residential area near the industrial zone (4 Million square meters) including all types of facilities.
• Developing of youth housing areas in Aleppo city.
3- Worked with consultant office in Riyadh City-KSA

From 2004 to 2008
Position: Design Engineer
Projects: Several towers, malls and houses including:
• Touristic resort (Lazorde beach) at Dammam. I designed the restaurants, swimming pools, and the health club.
• Commercial tower In Al Khubar (L’etoile tower), which looks like a huge ship.
• Commercial tower in Al Jouf City.
• Shopping mall (Al Jouf Mall ) in Al Jouf City.
• Shopping mall in Al Ehassa city.
• A group of commercial towers in Riyadh (Intersection of King Abdullah St. with King Fahd St.)
• Lazorde beach resort. I produced an animated 3D video.
• I produced many perspectives and proposals for several other projects using 3D MAX, Photoshop, and Power point & Software.
4 - Worked with Consultant office in UAE. -Sharjah
From 2003 to 2004
• Position: Design Engineer
Projects: Many different houses and residential buildings, including the production of perspectives on 3D MAX & Photoshop software.
