• Negotiate transportation cost resulting to 40% reduction.
• Leading (rework project) for none / slow moving RM and realized -1200 KUS$ saving.
• Timely submission of invoices to Finance department to avoid payment delay.

• Meeting the target of minimum FG stock (3 days production) in house by ensuring the due date deliveries are delivered in daily bases.
• Saving the working capital by keeping the minimum RM inventory based on the suppliers lead-time.
• Started a weekly call with customers to close any open or unexpected issues.
