• Recipient of the Certificate of Merit from the chief commander of Dubai Police Headquarters, Dubai Traffic Department and Dubai Transportation establishment for exceptional training contribution.
• Spearheaded all activities enabling Emirates Driving Institute to obtain the Dubai Quality Award Certificate, ISO 9001 and other international accreditations.
• Pro actively contributed to the implementation of preventive courses and traffic safety programs by leading international companies in the Middle East as an approved traffic expert.
• Conceptualized, developed and implemented specialized military training for police personnel in defensive courses and patrol courses in addition to training and developing VIP vehicle drivers.
• Actively participated in all programs connected with the Annual Traffic Week to create and enhance traffic awareness utilizing various media like television, radio and newspapers.

• Integrally involved with all levels of development of the driving institute right from its establishment in the year 1991 to the present position as the largest driving institute in the Middle East.
• Successfully managing and implementing traffic awareness / road safety programs and related activities in accordance with UAE traffic laws, guidelines and regulations.
• Formulating, planning and providing strategic traffic compliance and road safety training to drivers of various companies in the Middle East.
• Planning, developing and preparing unique and catchy traffic manuals, periodicals and fliers for marketing and to build awareness of road safety and traffic rules among the common public.
• Preparing and revising technical documents for internal quality audit whilst ensuring the implementation of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 quality standards all through.
• Acting in liaison with government agencies, police and traffic personnel on all issues pertaining to the maintenance of road safety and traffic rules.
• Overseeing the instructing of individuals and groups both in theory and application of automobile driving skills.
• Observing individual driver’s driving habits and reactions under various driving conditions to ensure conformance with vehicle operational standards and state vehicle code.
• Demonstrating and explaining handling of automobile in emergencies, driving techniques and mechanical operation utilizing blackboard diagrams, audio visual aids and driving simulators.
• Continuously upgrading skill sets by undergoing various specialized trainings like advanced first aid, basic fire safety, vehicle accident investigation etc.
