Ensure that the books of accounts are accurately balanced.
Assist the Finance & Administration Manager in the day to day running of the department and on the tabulation of various reports.
Assist the Finance & Administration Manager in the preparation of the Financial Statements.
Maintain relevant registers i.e. Purchase, Goods received, Payments, and Receipts etc.
Analyse and report to the Finance and Administration Manager on the Control Accounts maintained in the General Ledger.
Supervise the Payroll function.
Ensure that the confidentiality of the information of all accounts is maintained.
Maintain Asset Register and reconcile it to the General Ledger
