In charge of Collateral, and creating market awareness of products.
Participated in managing day to day events, and achieved:
- Established a program for Section heads in the government entities of Bahrain in partnership with Oxford Said Business School, and the program is running up to date.
- Participated in establishing a proper and tailored CRM system with Institutes IT consultants for the Strategic Relationship Management Department.
- Wrote the KPI’s, and tracks for Strategic Relationship management department.
- Enhanced the Institutes databases, and added value to the organization.
- Completed a structured Marketing & Communication policies and procedures document taken up by top management, and helped enhance the communications team by supporting them.
- Carried out successful event management for the graduation of over 500 Program participants in the institutes programs.
- Participated in the creation of a CRM system which is to be implemented mid 2012.

- In Gulf Finance house my responsibilities are to monitor every project companies sales performance throughout the years of operation under the GFH Umbrella until GFH organizes an exit.

Achievements include:
- Sakana Accomplishments other than bringing a appreciated amount of business for the company I have made the second highest sales for the project that was handled by Sakana Holistic housing solutions for the so called miracle project “Nasmah Tower” which was sold out within 1 week of its launch.
- I provided the company with a musical piece to be attached the a slide show presenting Nasmah Tower which was not taken into hand due to the fact that the building was already fully sold out.
Handling all international sales of real estate projects developed locally, and internationally. Handling all marketing issues in terms of collateral, events management, and PR. Development of sales & marketing strategies to portray proper market awareness.
achievements include:
- I started off as a sales executive and marketing coordinator for the company, and during my probation period I have achieved targets and sales of property.
- I then began to make strategy development plans for the company with reports advising where the company has a best chance to accomplish certain goals.
- One major project in the company that started within the year of my resignation is based on a vision in one of my reports.
- After I displayed such professionalism in my work with the company I was promoted to International Sales Manager where I handled a very successful project undergone in the UK in a joint venture with another company, and as well as selling of products scattered around the world.
- Marketing Coordinator, and strategy development planning is an area where I have achieved most where I set the company to work on a straight line method to success with the help of my mentor and director of operations of the same company.
- Writing of reports that would benefit the company and evaluates the performance and the issues that were bothering the directors and upon completion of my reports got their satisfaction.

Corporate sales and I achieved my target on the second month of my working there and by the third month I was offered a job at another reputable firm (Landmark Properties W.L.L.)
Part of a group of 5 students, developed a marketing and events management team that handled events such as conferences, and concerts, and even managed marketing and collateral to be printed for the event including tickets.
We sometimes managed sales of tickets as well.
