start with OJT program for three months as administrative assistance in 1999. Then in september 2000 I was shosen for OJT Training Cordinator for 18 months until March 2002. The form March 200002 until present I assuming the duty and resposoblties fo Training Cordinator.
Responsible for the performance of the Training cordination organization, i.e. programing, records, manpower and administration.
*The productions of students class lists, attendants record for the Institute.
*Setting up techical training course and class codes for assignments of students to classes prior to each phase of semester change.
*provide a continually updated record of absenteeism
*producing a weekly training repot
*prodcing a weekly training program
*recoding of all staff movement int and out of the institute
*maintain a record of job Descriptiosn for all staff
*responsible for the compliation of data from current and historical records as required by the senior management staff. At same time I am an Office manager in charge of HR Administration and deeling with all kind of personeal mattars.
planing and mantling all plants that need to be protected agnest heat by refractories and instillation materials. In charge for operation and maintaining and supervising the hole work of the plant.
*High Vocational Scool from Dammam High vocational scool in 19/07/1985. *Dibploma in Coputing (word processing and data entry English languge240 hours). in 1998 from Messaed Computer Center Damma. *Diplama in Typewriting in English language 120 hours. in 1998 from Al KAFEE Institute Khamis Mushait *supervision course from Meric Institute Jobail 1991 *supervision course from the International Training and development al Khobar in 1993 *many cerificates in English Languge from Eram Institute April 1987 to July 1987. And from British Counsel 1990 to 1993. (Dammam and Jubail) *Many certificates English for Administrator from BAE Systems Training Center 20000 to 2004 *
dizzying and drowning then manufacturing a project during a periods of six semesters each semester is for about 16 weeks totally.
