Managed the teams involved with Order Management, Suppliers Contracts, Warehousing, Inventory & Assets Management as well as the Customers Tenders & Quotes.
Managed a team of Engineers (Technical Support Services Group) responsible for the client’s Tenders and Contracts and assisting commercial negotiation, initiate and validate all kind of customer quotes & Contracts.
Moreover, provided guidance to other departments such as Billing & Logistics in terms of following the Corporate as well as the International Standards, Policies, Processes & Procedures.

Reported directly to Egypt & Sudan District Manager-
Supervising a team involved with Order Management, Logistics & Customs, Contracts, Inventory Management, Pricing, Cost Analysis as well as Tenders and Commercial Quotes where the following were the main duties and areas of responsibility:
Supply Chain Management
•Receive, evaluate, coordinate and expedite all phases of purchase orders whether customer’s
direct or for the company stock through the company's manufacturing plants as well as other external vendors.
•Establish and communicate order information to the organization and the customer.
•Arrange special handling shipments.
•Recommend substitutions of products based on the supply and customer needs.
Inventory Management
•Analyze inventory levels and maintains an adequate inventory of finished goods, semi-finished goods and parts.
•Reporting on Inventory issues (Inventory Classification by product lines, Slow Moving Items, Turn-Over within a fiscal year and Inventory Aging).
•Communicate with Marketing & Sales people to properly plan and control inventory levels.
•Provide documentation to assist cycle counting and inventory procedures according to district procedures and policy manuals.
•Supervise a team of inventory specialists.
•Manage the relationship with the assigned Free Zone Agency in terms of Warehousing and material movements.
Logistics
Analyze corporate transportation and distribution methods and procedures to develop and utilize the most economically advantageous and efficient means of delivering the organization's products, based on and evaluation of freight classifications, tariff rates, and operating capabilities, and concurrent with delivery schedules and deadlines.
Billing/Invoicing
Responsible for the inter-divisional billing reports and establishing customer invoices based on existing contracts and/or approved quotations.
Contracts Management
•Negotiate, identify and qualify suppliers for Baker Hughes, Baker Oil Tools based on; best available prices, lead-time, payment terms, quality, and flexibility to Baker claim policy. Sets the suppliers’ evaluation criteria, and regularly assess and develop suppliers’ performance
•Report, maintain and update the cost analysis for current contracts and tenders for evaluation purposes.
Business Analysis
Provide statistical reports to support the upper management in the decisions making process:
•Monthly and yearly revenue reports separately for each service.
•Export and Purchasing plans

Customer Service
•Dealing directly with quotations and pricing through effective Bid Analysis under the corporate strategies and guidelines
•Answering customer queries and following their inquiries.
Certification Certified International Supply Chain Manager (CISCM) from IPSCMI (International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute) partnership with UCI (University of California, Irvine).
