Reporting to Operation Manager.
1. Studying the company contract including prices, payment terms and contract conditions with our client Huawei.
2. Putting pricing system with the subcontractors and the suppliers.
3. Establish the department internal system, policy, procedure and responsibilities.
4. Built the department internal forms, filing and interaction procedures with the other departments.
5. Preparing the Quotation and Invoices for GSM site (Civil Work, Telecom & Solar System).
6. Follow up the roll out progress.
7. Follow with the Assistant Project Leader the daily work & plan for both PM and CM for all environments.
8. Working with more than 8 subcontractors for CW, Telecom & Solar System.
9. Reporting To General Manager.
