Responsibilities:
•I Worked with team to build data Network fort ITC in Saudi Arabia
• Install, connect and configure all ITC POP (PE) sites, aggregators and WiMax base stations.
• Configure, implement and test services on Cisco routers.
• Design an IP addressing and VLANs scheme to meet design requirements
• Implement & maintain essential security setups.
• Update all data related to Network configuration & setup and Implement Microsoft Visio Topology
• Coordinates with Operations, Project Managers, Sales department to Deliver the best quality of service to the customer
• Converged Network Requirements of various network and networked applications within the Cisco network architectures and Troubleshoot network problems
• Follow up on actions and measures taken by related teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• Provide 2nd line support for the day to day operation and maintenance of Saudi Telecom Company Enterprise data network.

• Monitoring &managing Cisco switches & routers with Cisco Works and HP Open view
• Coordinate with different STC departments (Transmission, Planning, security etc) to solve any data network problems.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot information systems that incorporate Windows Server and configure services including DHCP, WINS, and DNS services.
