Main Responsibilities: Responsible for training the new comers.
• Be as announcer & create a social environment among subscribers.
• Prepare & manage the interviews with the celebrities.
• Responsible for handling social community room.
• Ensure quality of conversation.
• Preparing a daily topic & coordinate with the supervisor ensure that interactive environments are maintained.
• Create a positive customer & partner experience.
• Answer, create, merge, split & moderate discussion.
• Maintain the moderation guidelines & ensure they are up to date.
• Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues & outcomes.
• Block or ban abusers.
• Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the community team.
Responsible for:-
• Received customer's calls Answer to queries from clients and work to solve their problems related to (usb - iphone - blackberry …….) and in the case of exit problem for our specialty are referred to specialists.
• News about the latest offers customers and the best services provided.
