I was responsible for effectively managing residential construction projects, my role included making preparations before work begins on site including liaising with the client, consultants and the civil engineers. I was also in charge of keeping track of progress and ensuring that projects are running on time and in line with budget.
JSR is one of the investment companies in the Republic of Egypt engaged in the field of general contracting indirectly with the Egyptian Authority for the Egyptian armed forces to implement the number of 10 multi-story residential buildings (ground and 5 floors)
The work was successfully completed and handed over to the owner with little losses despite the Egyptian economy passing through the implementation period for great difficulties.
As part of a Corporate Social Responsibility project, Petrofac Training Services were contracted by Suncor (Canada) and NOC (Libya) to carry out the initial feasibility study and design analysis for a new technical training centre in Benghazi, Libya. My role was to coordinate all of the planning for the 13 month project. This included scheduling all of the project activities, developing the project plan and tracking project milestones. I was also responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders and producing progress reports.

Main Duties:
-Following the company projects both existing and new for the procedure.
-Construction specifications.
-Evaluate for the new tenders has been submitted to the company as technically.
-Preparing the new tenders for the extension & the new projects.
- Following the construction works for the company projects as Engineering to be under full control of our technical procedures of Eni Gas.
-Followed Mellitah -Temporary port harbour.
-Followed the basic design &consulting works for the Physical
studying &Engineering works of Mellitah Supply Base (~ 100 Million Euro).
-execution of all civil activities as follow:Reinforced concrete foundation tanks (no.8) Radius= 44.0 M as ring beams, raft Foundations for stabilized storage, butane, refrigeration tanks.
-Reinforced concrete dykes retaining walls for tanks.
-under ground activities including pits (electrical& instrumental) c.bases, no.5 basins (capacity 800 M3 each), R.C pipes lines, C.S pipe lines, GRP pipe lines with all the hydraulic tests & holiday test required, Swale, rain ditches works -Water treatment station, for complete camp & accommodation water supply.-Waste sewage station, for the entire camp& site project.-Equipment foundations for all the process area.-Pipe rack foundations for the entire site.
-Support area for operation office building & telecomm. building &authority building &fire house building &work shop 2500 m2 &ware houses for electric, mechanical, instrument &ware house for hazardous material and open storage areas more than 8000 m2.-Main control building R.C works and finishing works.-Local control building, R.C works and finishing works.-No. 5 main Substations R.C works and finishing works.-Chemical laboratory building R.C works and finishing works.-Complete Logistic area (100 accommodation units&25 VIP units & mosque & clinic & laundry & recreation & canteen & cinema including green areas and setting areas on 25000 M2).-Site preparation & land escaping for the entire site.-Roads works (from sub grade layer to the final wearing asphalt layer).-Precast works for jetty works(2000 meter length inside the sea) as reinforced concrete prestressed beams& R.C CROSS HEADS&R.C planks &R.C piles cap& R.C scouring protection and R.C dolphin for the plate form at the water intake location.
-Earth works (excavation-grading-backfilling) including all the required tests.
-The daily& weekly and monthly progress including all the comments and defects done& the proposals.-Punch list of all the civil works at the project.
