Mercator-B is the Bulgarian branch of Mercator d.d.. (Slovenia) - the largest retail operator in South-Eastern Europe. It has started its operation in Bulgaria in 2009 and is concentrated in development of hypermarkets and supermarkets.

BAEF is a group of companies created in 1994. I am employed by its real estate department - Bulgarian American Property Management (BAPM).
BAPM, as BAEF’s real estate department is a company that develops and manages retail, commercial, office, residential and industrial buildings. Its portfolio of own buildings is valued of over $35 million. BAPM offers project management service and built-to-suit development as well. BAMP was the supervisor of BACB construction loans.
