of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed
time frame and funding parameters by performing my duties personally or through subordinate
supervisors.

My role was to set plans and direct the entire entity as planned to cover all utility projects across the city.

Responsibilities
• Develop the departmental and project strategies and manage approved strategical masterplans.
• Establish a planning framework to ensure initial groundwork and other details are in place and on time.
• Study concept outlines, develop and seek inputs from relevant sources internally and externally.
