Duties Included:
• Oversee, monitor, and analyze Projects performance and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues with project and recommend suitable solutions.
• Regularly prepare presentations/reports for the senior management to highlight project progress and issues.
• Provide assistance in the budget of future projects and the sector strategic plans.
• Advice client on issues related to contractor’s claims, likely to affect the financial resources or the scope of work.
• Prepares project plan framework and detailed manpower utilization plan framework.
• Assist in analyzing critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
• Support the development of plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
• Support the implementation of project policies and procedures.
• Supports the Project Controls team in accomplishing project status review and performance control

• Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as
time, cost and agreed quality standards.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing
needs and requirements.
• Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
I have a bachelor of civil engineering, the graduation project was in sanitary engineering, also i have passed an internships within summer vacancies in the lab of Properities of Materials, training on machine drawings, training in a sewage treatment plant.
