Work under the feed unit in the shipping department as Sr. Executive Operation.
Handle the operation for ships starting from receiving the cargo schedule, laycan, check and nominate vessels.
Send cargo nomination to the shipper with a name of vessel, specifications and the expected arrival to the loading ports.
Calculate the expected cost and freight for the voyages.
Send a voyage instruction to the Master and bunker requirement for the voyage.
Deal with bunker suppliers and check who has the best price and then fix the bunker for the nominated vessel.
Hire the agent in the loading port.
Calculate the laytime based on the loaded quantity and loading rate.
Check FDA (final disbursement account) for the calls of our vessel wither in the loading or discharge port.
Deal with ship brokers wither the vessels are being time charter in or out and calculate final settlement in the redelivery
Calculate the Freight.
Monitoring the vessel performance during its voyage.
Create performance report s and annual reports for these vessels with their revenues and costs.
Manage the project safety plan to ensure compliance.
Ensure safety of environments, its customers and employees.
Inspect equipment, environments and buildings to identify areas that can potentially cause health and safety hazards.
Stay abreast of new laws and regulations regarding health and safety, and make the appropriate changes for their employer.
Investigate accidents and injuries.
Recommend improvements to safety policies and programs
Apply for government tenders.
Prepare the specifications for the medical equipment, promotion letter, quantity schedule, bank grantee and other requirements.
Check the contract when the equipment is to be supplied.
Install and train hospitals staff on these equipment.
Provide the responsible authorities the necessary documents in order to receive the funds for equipment.
