Implementing meta data and search engine optimization to enhance the reach of SABB's website, raised its traffic and improved its rank on search engines.
• Developed policy guidelines relating to website usage and development by drafting policy and disseminating user guidelines to assist and encourage business lines/support departments to increase use of website and pursue further development.
• Managed Operational Risk By reducing operational risk to a minimum by establishing and implementing effective internal controls & procedures and ensuring adequate training of employees to achieve such objectives. This includes identification, assessment, mitigation and controls, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the laid down procedures of the Bank including the implementation of audit recommendations on operational risk. By implementing the HSBC Compliance policy locally through managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
