Handle full of financial transactions AR, AP, FA, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc. Final checking and approval of all vouchers before system data entry Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations perform, full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and projects. Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to Top management.
Preparing daily bank Position, Cash management and providing liquidity in the banks constantly to cover the payments of suppliers and loan installments, reviewing cash movement’s and effecting payments to suppliers on daily basis, Reviewing and controlling daily Cash transactions in all branches and closing branches accounts in system before end of each month . Preparing Weekly and Monthly cash flow. Reviewing monthly bank Reconciliation and handling loan installments, bank transfers, verifying bank balances and transactions on a monthly basis. Supervising Western area Accounts (Payable, receivable - petty cash, salaries, etc.). Supporting monthly Closing and handling drafts of internal financial reports and supporting analytics to be submitted to the Finance Manager.
Controlling all daily sales and procurement transactions, preparing monthly inventory counting and preparing inventory variance report, monthly customer and Supplier Statement reconciliations. Preparing general ledger and closing journal entries. Supporting monthly reconciliations with customers and sister companies, Drafting internal financial reports and supporting analytics to be reported to Accounting Manager.
Handling all Company’s fixed assets transactions, entries, depreciation, others. Reviewing Suppliers invoices for accuracy. And processing invoices for payment. Performing other duties associated with accounts payable and post transactions to journals. Handling preparation employee’s monthly payroll and end of services benefits. Reviewing all the related parties and letters of credit (L/Cs) transactions, Performing letters of credit (L/C) and its relevant entries, Making & posting GL entries. Monitoring and checking all inventory transactions during the month and making the necessary ending balance settlements journals. Following up more than 12 salesperson, receiving journals and monitoring all customer transactions, reporting to accounting manager all customers’ balances monthly
• Controlling settlement of sites’ accounts, making and posting GL entries.
• Preparing standard cost analysis of the projects.
• Assisting with the preparation of general ledger for the company.
