I• Managed the Implementation one of the biggest ERP system, in Egypt and it has successfully gone live with Oracle E-Business Suite including the following modules: Oracle Financials, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Management, Process Manufacturing, ASCP (MRP), DBI.
• Managed the implementation of 52 Distributors Projects using Oracle E-Business suit including modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management)
• Managed the implementation of Target Achievement Project with sales incentive
• Managed the implementation of Payroll system with Time attendance (Outsourcing Partner)
• Developed a strong infrastructure setup for the Head Office and 3 remote sites to a single site. The system consisted of: Rack server room containing all the requirement servers, Mail servers, Domain Servers, Firewall, Oracle application and database servers. 250+ workstations and network/communication equipment Implement Wi-max Connections.
• Upgraded the infrastructure by using Microwave connection between remote locations as a new business solution to avoid ground cables, improving quality speed and stability.
• Planned and directed a new business solution with minimal cost that permit about 52 remote locations (our sales Distributor) to be well connected to Head office (Main servers).
• Planned and implemented robust Disaster Recovery Plan to recover all Company information and business process and all hardware with minimal time consumes. (30 minutes complete disaster recovery).
• Managed and lead a successful ERP project.
