Build employee and organisation excellence at the Cluster sites by ensuring optimal flexibility in resource, allocation and planning, recruitment, administration, development and retention in order to support business needs of functions, build organizational capabilities, continuous improvement culture, commitment and performance in line with HR strategy.
To give operational effectiveness to Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure that the plant has the necessary resources to realize its business plans in the short, medium and longer term and that staff are motivated and rewarded for their contribution and encouraged to maximize their potential and contribution to the Company. Co-ordinate and execute personnel recruitment, training & development at the Plant, as well as MAP and Advancement Planning processes, under Manager HR guidance, in order to help company sustain competitive advantage in terms of talented, professional and motivated employees.
Manage provision of efficient personnel administration and office services for the Company in line with Kraft’s strategy and procedures.
Handling all problems, involving labor relations, employee grievances, meetings with labor office, work permits for foreign staff, insurance, tax, and military papers, police papers. Maintaining close liaisons with local labor, insurance and security offices. Advising employees on employee relation issues. Maintaining personnel records and files for all employees. Reviewing staff working conditions, staff cafeterias, accommodation, transport, vacation allowances, and Leave balance. Preparing monthly report regarding all aspects of personnel and Training. Assisting with new employee's induction program Employee benefits administration. And payroll system.
Setting the Office System, Information Processing, Creating and Maintaining the Filing System, Handling Ordering and Storing of Supplies, Handling Correspondence, and Preparing Management Reports and Payroll System.
Daily Sales and PR activities including media contact, press releases, case study development, and trade show preparation activities. Advertising campaigns. Arranging conferences & exhibitions. Organizing promotional events. Maintaining communication with clients and researching prospective clients. Monitoring competitor’s activities.
