Managing the chain opening process of the leased spaces (shops, restaurants, kids areas) in coordination with all stakeholders.
Region: Eastern Province.
Project: Nakheel Mall, Mall of Dhahran - Dammam.
Budget: 550 million SAR.
Deliver projects according to the approved time and budget as per the company standards by establishing effective relationships with the landlord management, landlord’s architects, brand projects team, & fitout contractors, prior to and during fitout process, in addition to coordinating with the Governmental Relations Dep. for authority approvals. Taking into consideration to keep all stakeholders updated by weekly reports.
Projects: Various retail brands showrooms.
Location: Kingdom Tower, Faisaliya Tower, Arabian Centres, Hamat, Othaim Mall.
Budget: From 800.000 SAR to 77 million SAR.
Dep. Stores: Robinsons, M&S.
F&B: M&S Café.
Fashion: Kate Spade, Hugo Boss, Ted Baker, Maje, Sandro, The Kooples, La Fee Maraboutee.
Sports: Reebok, Stadium.
Make-up: Miss Mila.
DIY Stores: Home Works (ACE).

Zones: Ancillary buildings which include Control Tower, Data Centres, Crisis Management blds, Main mosque, Civil defence blds containing dorms, clinics, food hall, & playground.
