• Reporting directly to the Chief Construction Officer, Projects Advisor and General Manager. \n• Design Manager; Responsible for review of designs with international consultants and submit recommendation on the selection of contractors. Coordinate with the design team on all aspects. \n• Fit-out manager, responsible for review of submissions for 145 Retail Shops in UpTown Mirdiff. \n• Chairman of Client progress meetings for 2 District Cooling Plants in MotorCity reporting to CCO. \n• Identify priorities and tasks, and develop the project structure to assure execution of tasks by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals. \n• Prepare Contract documents including specifications, develop trade requisition for bid packages, major material/equipment purchases and assist in purchasing process. \n• Monitor & Control performance and compliance of contractors to assure successful delivery of the project within the agreed upon time and quality including the issuance of Non Compliance Reports. \n• Evaluate and issue of payment certificates, fee proposals and variations in line with QS requirements \n• Managed Index, Ritz Carlton & Limestone House projects close out: \n - Securing warranties, guarantees, and acceptance of work including sub contract and vendor close. \n - Preparation / Issuing of Taking Over Certificate and all outstanding works by Main Contractor. \n - Successful handover to Facility management. \n - Monitoring, close out and personal follow up on all defects during the Defects Liability Period. \n - Review and assessment of the Final Account statements and release of Performance bonds upon \n proper completion of all outstanding defects during the DLP. \n• Ritz Carlton Hotel @ DIFC: \n- Employer representative, ensuring Main contractors adherence to the Ritz Carlton Guidelines. \n- Management of all FF&E, OS&E & IT client purchase related items. Issuance of payment \n certificates and follow up with procurement, delivery, installation and successful operation. \n - Successful handover as per Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing requirements.
Design / Preparation of all work shop drawings for luxury villa in Emirate Hills & G + 6 building on Sheik Zayed Road \n Responsible for Design / Preparation of all M.E.P drawings & Obtaining Client approval. \n Preparation of all AutoCAD Architectural Drawings + 3D views on Max \n Responsible for obtaining Building permit from Dubai Municipality \n Complete supervision with Contractor on site, reporting directly to the General Manager \n In charge of all stages from conception stage until successful handover of assigned project
