1-First line of technical support for part of Etisalat Misr Mobile Network that constructed by ZTE
2-Troubleshoot alarms appear on BTS ( Base Transmission Stations ), Node B (3G Stations ) & BSC ( Base Stations Controller ), report to Back office department or Field maintenance department
3- provide the customer ( Etisalat Misr Mobile operator ) technical teams with hourly, daily, weekly & monthly reports about the performance of the 2G & 3G mobile networks
4- Handle installation of new sites & change requests with Back office team, field maintenance team & subcontractors
5- Receive customer notes, requests & complains & escalate it to the intended team
