shift leader instrumentation engineer

 Participating in the pre-commissioning, commissioning & startup for following instrumentations in both plants of HFC & MOPCO:
• Woodward 505, 505E (Siemens speed Governor of steam turbines).
• Bentley Nevada system (vibration measurement system).
• Participate in Erection and loop wiring / check.
• Field instruments installing, monitoring, calibration and maintenance.
• Pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters & smart transmitters.
• Control valves and valve accessories including calibration and Trouble shooting for the following valves (Bomafa - STI -CCI - Samson-Neles-Fisher-Auma-Arcapro-Xomox-Masoneilan).
• PH, Conductivity, SiO2 Gas chromatograph, MLT Analyzers (CH4, O2, H2, NH3, CO, CO2).
• Participating in maintaining all control elements in the field.
 Process control engineering in petrochemical industry.
 Boiler and Steam Turbine control systems.
 Work with Maximo system.
 Reducing & Metering Station (progetti europo & global s.p.o.).
• Participate in commissioning & Startup with GASCO team in our plant.
