I. Position Title: Senior Highway & Transportation Engineer (from April 2018 till now)
-Reviewing all data, documents and requirements received from the client.
-Preparing alternative designs and options to meet the client' s needs.
-Preparing reports and presentations for the designed project.
-Leading all design stages of projects and preparing technical drawings according to specifications and codes
-Checking all the driveways using simulating program to ensure the maneuvering of the designed vehicle.
-Coordinating with associated disciplines to ensure maintaining efficient teamwork and clear communications.
-Ensuring prescribed safety for vulnerable road users and vehicles are implemented in the design.
-Organizing client meetings and preparing the scope of work for any project while proposing the most suitable solutions that best serve the clients' needs.
-Conducting feasibility analysis on proposed projects.
-Delivering status reports to senior management on a quarterly basis.
-Ensuring that all the tendering design documents and drawings had been completed taking in consideration all the comments and received to the client.
Position Title: Civil Engineer Job description:
-Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
-Crew management on site, in addition, work management and preparing bids for sub-contractors and conduct negotiations to achieve the best quality and price.
-Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assists in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
-Monitoring progress during each phase of the project.
-Analyzing survey, mapping, and materials-testing on site in addition to ordering materials.
-Preparing daily and weekly report of the status of each assignment.
-Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
-Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
-Coordinates with all projects related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
-Provide full support as required by the Management and CPM for all projects.
-Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
Position Title: Transportation & Highway Engineer Job description:
-Providing design and drafting services for roads design team for the preliminary and detail design phases of a project.
-Preparing drawings in accordance with our client and the Host Government and internationally recognized standard formats.
-Preparing design drawings using AutoCAD or similar type software.
-Promoting and improving professional standards for road engineering design.
-Upgrading existing roads projects.
-Interpreting survey results into technical drawings.
-Prepare quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates.
Position Title: Site Engineer Job description:
-Supervising Projects: including in-house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
-Attending meetings and competently communicating with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
-Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings, Specification and Time.
-Carrying out site visits and surveys.
-Monitoring environmental protection measures and reporting of any hazards/incidents.
-Overseeing quality control.
-Issue non-conformity to project manager if any materials rejected on site.
-Review and approve of as-built drawings.
-Preparing reports as required.
