-Design Review and Issuance of Electrical Shop drawings and load shecdules and single line diagrams, etc..

- Revise and discuss of drawings and documents with authorities engineers (ADDC/ DEWA and ADCD).

• Prepared necessary projects shop drawings, and reviewed technical submittals, tender and IFC drawings prior to consultant’s approval and/or variations.
• Carried out and performed electrical calculations such as load estimation, load schedules, single line diagrams, voltage drop calculations alongside appropriate resizing of cables, circuit breakers, cable-trays, trunks and cable-ladders in accordance with B.S./DEWA standards and project specifications.
• Performed take offs electrical material and/or consumables, bill of quantities (BOQ), materials requisitions and tracked site deliveries.
• Prepared planning & progress reports and carried out daily/weekly meetings with consultants, main contractors, suppliers and colleagues.
• Guided and monitored project installation works and lead testing &commissioning operations of electrical systems including LV and ELV-systems such as lighting, power, fire alarm emergency, BMS systems and so forth.
• Guided and monitored installation of switch gear panels (MDB’s, SMDB’s, DB’s & MCC’s) including cables glanding and terminations.
• Implemented best solutions and effective and appropriate decisions pertained to electrical issues faced at site and/or proposed requirements.
• Supported project managers with electrical establishment and closeout, provided support for executing team alongside intensive co-ordination with colleagues such as mechanical team prior to working towards tasks and deadlines.
• Performed electrical developments, QA/QC executional works as well as operations and safety enhancements.
• Prepared technical reports, inspections, RFI’s and necessary letters to contractors. Studied further existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain consultant and/or client requirements
