• Responsible for developing and retaining people to deliver outstanding QSC &V, build sales and control costs to deliver optimum business results for an area of accountability.

o Know, ensure and maintain appropriate and fair documentation on business, personnel practices, labor laws, health safety and environment procedures are followed within the law and consistent with McDonald's policies and procedures.
o Respond to changes in volume patterns and promotional activities by planning and making adjustments as needed to ensure operational standards are maintained.
o Control and verify labor, waste, cash and yields while managing shifts including costs of day-to-day shift management, assigned daily paperwork, inventories, cash sheets, drawer counts, and deposits.
o Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly equipment calibrations.
o Assist in crew orientation and maintaining documentation in personnel files upon receiving new hires and training crew people.
o Execute crew incentives and enthusiasm calendar activities and maintain the crew bulletin board.
o Collect information and initiate insurance claims when incidents occur on the shift.
o Calculate the restaurant's Build-To's, and ordering food, paper and operating supplies.
o Responsible for Employee welfare requirements being met (Housing, Medical, Transportation etc., )
