متابعه بصمة العاملين ( حضور وانصراف )
متابعه مصاريف المخزن
مراقبة المخزون ( صرف / وارد / تحويلات / مرتدات / مرتجعات )
عمل قاعدة بيانات عن الوارد والصادر للمخازن
عمل قاعدة بيانات للصادر لكل من العملاء والفروع وكبار العملاء
عمل تقارير شامله عن الصادر والوارد بشكل يومي وشهري
عمل تقارير شامله عن استخدام المساحات التخزينيه
عمل تقارير عن انتاجية العامل بشكل يومي وشهري
إجراء جرد دوري للمخازن
-Manage all daily transactions in all warehouses and ensure the accuracy of the stocks.
- Manage the daily distribution plans .
-Follow up the expiry dates for FP warehouses and feedback marketing team.
-Follow up worker attenedance .
-Get rid of the stagnant and expired finished products, raw materials, spare parts, and packaging materials by issuing scrap notes and ensuring the physical destruction of the materials or selling items that can be sold.
