1. Petroleum Exploration(Pvt.) Limited (PEL)
Presently I am Working as “Engineer Process” in Petroleum Exploration (Pvt) Ltd. Since November, 2007.
MDEA Gas Sweetening and TEG Dehydration Unit

Responsibilities:
 Safe and smooth plant operation and handling of emergencies regarding rotary equipments like compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, Reboilers, Heat exchangers, Instruments failure and loss of utilities.
 Production of on spec product up to the target.
 Daniel Gas Chromatograph on monthly basis.
 Monitoring of Daneil Gas Chromatograph.
 Coordination with field staff for adjustment of operating parameters.
 Safe and smooth planned shut down and start up as and when required
 To control all the parameters through DCS to achieve required sweetening process.



2. Attock Refinery Limited.

I worked in Attock Refinery Ltd (ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified) for the period of 3 years. I worked as an “Engineer Operations” & Trainee Senior Management .



5000 bbl/day Reformer & 10, 000bbl/day Heavy Crude Unit
Reformer plant is designed by UOP and installed by Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. It is a distributive control system of 5000 bbl/day capacity.
HCU plant is also installed by Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. It has atmospheric and vacuum distillation units of 10, 000 bbl /day capacity. It is a Distributive Control System (DCS) and producing Naphtha, LPG, and kerosene, HSD, DFO, FFO, Asphalt, JP1 and JP8.
Responsibilities:
 Safe and smooth plant operation and handling of emergencies regarding rotary equipments like recycle gas compressor, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, Furnaces, Heat exchangers, Instruments failure and loss of utilities.

 To control all the parameters through DCS to achieve required RON of reformat which include Water Chloride balance over catalyst, Catalyst bed temperatures and maintaining recycle gas purity and pressure.
