4. Contact Consultants for clarifications and queries, if required.
5. Estimate prices for all items.
6. Highlight provisional sums items.
7. Maintain proper records, drawings and filing system.
8. Maintain proper document control and ensure effective filing of records.
9. Comply with and respect the procedures, rules and regulations of the company.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned directly by the Head of Tendering DepartmentDuties: Coordination between Client & Subcontractor in all Electromechanical works Operation Duties include:

Coordinate of the nonconformance engineering matters with other disciplines engineers or construction supervisors in a timely manner
