- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to the manager.
- Provide confidential administrative services to the MD and reporting managers.
- Organize and co-ordinate events on behalf of the MD and reporting managers.
- Schedule appointments, organize overflowing paper documents and distribute the required information via post, courier, telephone and email.
- Prepare meeting documentation including agendas and minutes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Undertake the gathering of data to assist the manager in replying to or drafting correspondence or reports.
- The first point of contact in the manager’s office.
- Co-ordinate and manage the development and maintenance of communication and reporting mechanisms and systems within the manager’s office
- Participates in all aspects of the International Accreditation program to assist UHS attain and maintain international accreditation standards.
- Manage the administration reception area.
- Receive incoming telephone calls, provide answers to routine inquiries and/or refer them to other personnel as required.
- Greet and screen visitors to the administrative suite and direct them to the appropriate location.
- Organize and maintain forms and office stationary and furniture required for new doctors.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Office (CEO, MD and COO) as required.
- Coordinate with the HR for doctors vacancies, job Descriptions and license and evaluations.
Validates claims/Bills is prepared for each Patient Encounter
- Obtain all encounter documents- claim Packet.
- Daily compare and reviewing claims Packet against claims and patients encounter reports.
- Patient's & Cashiers clearance and managing cash control.
- Approve & ensure all users Batches, Shifts Posting & Claim Processing.
-Keep all receptionist and other clinical staff update by directives.
- Maintain and ensure, all clinical staffs are compliance with financial regulations, standards, directives, and Daman insurance regulations &Polices.
- Maintain good Customers Relation &Patients care
-To be familiar with CERNER and CITRIX Billing System
