• Comprehensive reviews and negotiation of contracts terms and conditions to ensure full compliance with the company policy, procedures, Terms and Conditions, standard form of contracts and industry norms as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or variations that may arise during implementation and execution.
• Verification of claims prepared by the Contractor from the legal perspective, study, analyze, defend, negotiate, dispute resolution and settlement in coordination with all concerned parties.
• Prepare, manage and control all types of services agreements such as Design consultancy, project management, value engineering and site supervision.
• Monitor the contractor's progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contract. Resolving disputes in a timely manner.
• Manage/Maintain contractual documentation and control of all contract correspondences of all projects and advise projects’ team on the consequences (if any) and draft letters on the contractual issues.
