Responsibilities are
• Establish the overall guidelines for production & capacity planning in conjunction with manufacturing and supply chain management team
• Deliver the required production throughput, as fast and as cost effectively as possible, while maintaining maximum service and flexibility to the Customer.
• Schedule what production make in order to meet demand efficient scheduling of material formulating both in short and long term.
• Support activities to improve material delivery performance and efficiency.
• Ensure on time delivery to maintain planned production flow and meet customer delivery
• Requirements.
• Decide what products will be produced on what lines, in what quantities and in what
• sequence
• Creation and completion of corrective actions and contribute to improvement functionality of in house MRP in pursuit of business targets.
• Engage and communicate with key contacts and stakeholders, Suppliers- regarding materials scheduling
• Purchasing- regarding supplier performance issues
• Quality-manage impacts to materials supply due to quality activities / improvements
• Prepare RM/PM Inventory report to maintain accuracy with physical and System
• Logistics (Arrange the vehicles to send FG to warehouses)
• Raw Material Buying
• Prepare Finished Goods report
• Responsible to Procure General items and Engg items.
• Inventory management. Controlling RM/PM inventory to minimize handling cost.
Responsibilities:
Indirect Procurement (non Production Items)
Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, pricing and invoicing information.
Issue Purchase Orders
Evaluate customer complaints and coordinate with respective departments for effective remedial actions on SOP
Responsible to prepare reports of daily / monthly / quarterly activities related to Indirect Procurement.
To create Contract and Agreement with Service provider
To manage the documentation related to Indirect Procurement. .
To prepare Comparative Statement
Annual Scrape Agreement
Responsible hire transportation for employee pick & drop.
Responsible to Introduce UPFL safety standards to Suppliers
Follow up with the suppliers from PO to Payment.
Produce maximum saving
