•To coordinate with warehouse for the request and release of spare parts/ cassettes for all out of scope activities.
•Coordinate and follow up with the service centers for the service reports, acknowledge Receipts and others documents pertaining to out of scope service activities. Coordinate with Finance Department with regards to the billable activities.
•Another responsibility of the said coordinator is to support international Distributors and other international customer with their requirement (I.e. service, spare parts).
To keep all files/record of out of scope and ATM Movement Activities organized and updated.
•To carry out other duties that may be delegated or requested by his direct superior.
•It’s also his duty not to divulge sensitive or confidential information that May be used by other competitors or customers.
•I play a role of a bridge in between the customer and service providers.

•Maintain the record of Overtime for Workshop/Factory Workers on daily basis.
•Monitor the Workshop/Factory Workers activities for preparing/Installation Material on daily basis.
•Check the quality of material as QC before installation or deliver.
•To keep all files/record of out of scope and New Installation Activities organized and updated.
•It’s also his duty not to divulge sensitive or confidential information that May be used by other competitors or customers.
