Coordinate with CBU and production suppliers
Visiting the airports and print houses to make sure the quality of all products
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with sales and suppliers with the highest
level of service and quality.
Manage job production, delivery and invoicing; ensure all jobs are delivered and posted on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Investigate potential suppliers and recommend those most desirable based on knowledge of manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities and schedule availability
Consistently exceed client expectations and provide superior customer service
Manage daily operations and performance
Main contact between operations and client, also responsible for delegating and directing customer \
service representatives in assisting with all the needs of the client.
Responsible for overseeing production schedules of all materials in-house to make sure all jobs will be completed in time to make client deadlines.
Meeting daily with all departments to discuss the status of current jobs and discuss any new developments that may affect the production schedule.
Using independent judgment, create and develop printed and electronic presentations.
Solve problems both creatively and technically to produce projects effectively. Make suggestions for any Improvements to design/production/Installation.
Constant check on files and their preparation, making sure they are set free of problems and can be processed to production

Designing logos, stationery, brochures, flyers and posters.
Designing packaging material.
Arabic & English Typesetting and editing text.
Image manipulation and retouching.
Preparing files for outputting.
