Currently leading a research on change management focusing on “Strategies for Managing Change and Winning in today’s Competitive Business Environment”,
During the course of this research, I was privilege to interview some CEO's, and most of the participants are professionals ranging from CEO's, Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers etc.
Through this research I have gained deep insights and an enriching experience on how organizations can derive competitive advantage through innovative implementation of change programs/process.
As a delegate in the world class Education Without Border (EWB). I submitted paper title "Developing Entrepreneurship Opportunity by Engaging Youths through Mentorship Programs". Also, we had different interactive workshops like Corporate Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This conference aims to discuss and find solutions to the world most pressing issues affecting us today as a nation, community and people (http://ewb.hct.ac.ae/).
Serve as Assistant Manager for major Faith Home business unit. Provided consultation to Faith Home operational management on how to deliver excellent customers service.
