Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible in pre paring BOQ’s, cost analysis, construction procurement and feasibility, preliminary approvals
• Preparing DPR and MPR reports. Cash flow reports for Planned Vs Achieved Target of work.
• Preparing Budget for project and tracking the budget according with Material and Resources requirement.
• Create and update drawing logs. Distribute any newly released or revised contract documents to the appropriate project team members, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintaining MOM documents between client and Consultant.
• Estimating Target as per planned vs achieved on weekly basis. Maintaining thorough delay analysis reports.
• Prepare correspondence to owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Track, log and send out Submittals.
• Assist with processing payroll and certified payroll when necessary.
• Involved in the processing, reviewing, tracking, and general ledger posting of construction draws for multiple projects
