• Manual entries related to Cash & Bank
• Prepare monthly & quarterly expenses forecast.
• Review booked entries to ensure accuracy of G/L.
• Recording Sales & Purchase transactions in accounting.
• To maintain GST transactions and prepare monthly and quarterly return
• Helping hand in finalizing financial statements.
• Coordinate and support to audit team.
• Reviewing, analysing, classifying and allocation of work to team
• Communication with client via emails and calls, handling issues and escalations.

Responsibilities
• Maintaining books of accounts in Tally.
• Bank Reconciliation Statement & Voucher Entry.
• Maintain of subsidiary Book I.e. Cash Book, Bank Book, Day Book, Journal Book, Purchase Book etc.
• Calculation of TDS & Individual Income Tax, deposit within prescribed time limit.
• Vendor, Creditor & Debtor Reconciliation till full & final payment.
• Processing Pay Roll & Maintaining Salary Register.
• PF, ESI Calculation, Challan & Return.
• Necessary follow ups with regard to the departmental audits/queries/notices.
• Helping Hand in Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Return & other related working
