1- Leading a team of the quality control section to insure a high and consistent quality of the manufactured product. The quality control activities including testing incoming materials (raw materials & packaging materials), in process control, final inspection and testing for products. Calibration Procedure for instrument and production machine .
2-Review and improve the specification of the products to meet Jordan, Arab counties, American, European and Japan FDA regulation. & preparation of the related registration files.
3-Preparing and review of product description regarding product packaging to meet the requirement of all regulations especially EU law.
4-Leading a team for internal auditing to make sure that ISO 9001 management system is well implemented in all company departments. according the company policy and objectives.
5- Continuous improvement and updating of Documentation Control, certificate of analysis & Technical Hand Book.
- Acting as Planning & Purchasing Manager along with Quality Assurance Manager for the last year only. My responsibilities include:
1- Coordination between Sales, Production & Purchasing to maintain an acceptable level of physical inventory.
2- Review of quarterly & yearly sales in order to prepare an estimation of minimum stock level, preparation the orders for raw materials and scheduling monthly and weekly production plans.
3- Searching for new suppliers for different raw materials ( Chemicals, Packaging & Accessories) with competitive prices and quality.
4- Sharing with Sales and Top Management to make decision for new products.
- Supervision of all process activities in production including mixing, filling & packing. Production planning, material control, verification quality of products (Developers & Fixers solutions for X-Ray films)
- Responsible for documentation control, internal audit, preparing of Technical hand book and implementation of ISO system in all company departments.
Thesis research in HPLC Determination of Cefadroxil and its derivatives in pharmaceutical preparation & flow injection spectrophotometer analysis for cefadroxil compound.
