Prepare Key Milestones Programs of projects on Tender Stage.
Prepare Revised, Recovery and Mini Schedules for projects for SWIs & Claims.
Prepare Cash‐Flow, Progress Curves, Manpower, Equipment Histograms and KPIs.
Update the program on server and prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports with different Layouts.
Prepare Delay analysis, obstruction reports & other Weekly Updates and Reports using MS Excel, Word & Power Point as per Consultant/Client's requirements.
Prepare TWO Weeks Look‐ahead Program and controlling the project Progress.
Prepare Progress Billing from Cost Loaded Program.
Attend internal site progress meeting and highlighting outstanding issues.
Prepare Claim for Extension of time for different projects using different methods and aiding Project Manager about issuance of Claim.
Attend meetings with Consultant/Client for Site Progress & changes in the Project.
Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, Cost Controlling & Construction Teams of outstanding issues and for necessary action.
Prepare “Cost to Complete” for different ongoing projects for cost controlling of the projects.
Supervise and execute the projects from mobilization to handing over.
Aid and review the overall project completion schedule and drawings.
Submit inspection request and checking site work with the Consultant.
Prepare and send check list and method statement for various activities and send to consultant.
Prepare structural shop drawing and bar bending schedule for different structural elements.

Prepare two weeks schedule for various activities and assign tasks to different juniors.
Prepare Monthly Progress Payments and Monthly Bills for sub‐contractors.
Help to Quantity Surveyor in preparing Variations of the projects.
Review and check the As‐Built Drawings.
Review the structural design of various projects manually as well as using software.
Check and supervising in preparing all kind of shop drawings.
Design of mall projects and proving all structural calculations and details.
Coordinate with Client/Contractor for different issues
Supply guidance to the Contactor about the structural issues during the execution.
Inspect the reinforcement of key element on site.
Aid to Quantity Surveyor in calculating quantities for various projects.
